General
- What is your cancellation policy?
- Cancel within 7 days of booking for a full refund or a free change of date, provided you booked more than 7 days before the tour. After those 7 days, or on bookings made 7 days or fewer before the tour, cancelling more than 72 hours ahead gives you a 50% refund. Cancellations under 72 hours and no-shows are charged in full. Date changes are free whenever my calendar allows. If I have to cancel for weather or safety, you choose a full refund or priority rescheduling.

- The fastest way is to book online, so your tour is fully reserved on the spot. You can also reach out via WhatsApp, through the Contact page, or by email at sevillewithalocal@gmail.com.
- How much does a private tour in Seville cost?
- Pricing depends on the experience, the length and the size of your group. Every tour page shows what is included, and I answer every enquiry personally.
- What if my group size grows after booking?
- No problem — if the number of people increases, you can upgrade your booking. Just let me know in advance and I'll adjust everything so your whole group is covered.
- Can you tailor the tour to us?
- That is the default, not an upgrade. Tell me what you like and the route changes shape.
- Are the tours private?
- Yes. All experiences are 100% private — just you and your people, no strangers in the group. Everything is tailored to your pace, interests, and group size.
- In what languages are the tours offered?
- English and Spanish, hosted by me personally.
- Are you a licensed guide?
- I am a local host, born and raised in Seville. Where a monument requires an official guide inside, I arrange it — the rest of the day is mine to show you.
- How long are the tours?
- Most tours last 2–3 hours, but custom itineraries can be extended. Ask for a custom plan →
- Are the tours suitable for children or seniors?
- Yes. Routes can be adapted for families, seniors, or guests with mobility needs.
- Do you offer food tours?

- Is transportation included?
- Walking tours do not include transportation. For day trips (e.g., Itálica), transportation can be arranged upon request.
- Do you run tours in the rain?
- Yes — Seville is beautiful in every season. If weather becomes extreme, we adapt the route or reschedule.
- How far in advance should I book?
- In spring and autumn, as early as you can. April (Feria & Semana Santa) and Christmas book out first. Same-day requests are welcome with three hours' notice.
- What's the group size?
- All experiences are private — one to eight guests. Larger families and small groups can be arranged with notice.
- Do you offer tours in Spanish?
- Yes — I host in fluent English or Spanish. Let me know your preference when you book.
- What about accessibility?
- Many parts of old Seville are cobblestone and step-heavy, but most tours can be adapted. Tell me about any mobility needs and I'll design accordingly.
