Privacy policy

This site and the Seville With a Local app are run by Johnny Candela, in Seville, Spain. For anything about your data, write to sevillewithalocal@gmail.com.

• Name, email and phone when you book or use the contact form.
• Date, group size and notes for the experience you ask for.
• Basic technical data from your browser so the site works and stays safe.
• If notifications are enabled in the private admin panel, the identifier of the device receiving them.

We never store card details. Card payments are processed by Stripe on their own systems.

• To arrange and confirm your experience.
• To reply to your messages by email or WhatsApp.
• To send booking confirmations and reminders.
• To meet accounting and legal obligations.

We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Only the services needed to run the experience: Stripe (payments), Resend (emails), Supabase (database) and Cloudflare (hosting). Each one processes the data under contract and only for that purpose.

Bookings are kept while they are needed for our relationship and for tax deadlines. Contact messages are deleted once they are no longer useful.

You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability by writing to sevillewithalocal@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

We use local storage to remember your language and the private admin session. No advertising or tracking cookies.

The Google Play app is this same website inside an official Android container. It asks for no device permissions other than notifications, and only if you turn them on.
