Private tour service

All tours are private and customized. The guide reserves the right to adjust routes for safety, timing, or city events.

Payments

Payments may be made via:

  • Cash
  • Card (when available)
  • Online payment link

Full payment is required before or at the start of the tour.

Guest responsibility

Guests agree to:

  • Arrive on time
  • Follow local safety guidelines
  • Inform the guide of any mobility or health considerations

Liability

Seville With a Local is not responsible for:

  • Loss of personal items
  • Injuries caused by guest negligence
  • Delays due to traffic, weather, or city events

We always prioritize guest safety and comfort.

Photography & media

Guests may take photos during the tour. With permission, Seville With a Local may use group photos for social media or promotional purposes. You can opt out anytime.

Cancellation policy

Plans change — here's how we handle it, fairly and clearly.

  • Free cancellation — Up to 7 days after the tour was booked: full refund or free rescheduling.
  • Late cancellations — Less than 72 hours before the tour: 50% fee (covers reserved time, preparation, and blocked availability).
  • No-shows — No-shows are charged the full amount.
  • Weather or operational issues — If Seville With a Local must cancel due to weather, safety, or unforeseen circumstances, guests receive a full refund or priority rescheduling.

Rescheduling is free when requested 48 hours in advance. Last-minute changes depend on availability.
