We move between a few bars, ordering a little at each. I order with you, so you taste what each place does best instead of what the menu translates.

Triana, across the river where I was born, feels like its own town: neighbourhood bars, ceramics, the market. The Triana Food Experience runs about three hours.
The historic centre offers classic bars within walking distance of the monuments, ideal if you are staying nearby.
