A private evening through three very different sides of Seville: the golden hush of a grand historic hotel, the precision of contemporary mixology, and a wonderfully eccentric baroque world after nightfall. I take you to the very places where Orson Welles and Ernest Hemingway were regulars whenever they came to Seville. Three signature cocktails, vivid conversation, and no more than six guests — hosted personally by me.

What to expect
The evening begins in the polished calm of a landmark hotel lounge — the kind of place Orson Welles and Ernest Hemingway chose as regulars on their stays in Seville, a house that has welcomed the glamour of several eras. From there, the mood shifts to a contemporary cocktail room where technique, balance and presentation take centre stage.
The final stop belongs to another Seville entirely: theatrical, baroque and gloriously unconventional, a cult baroque address that has drawn visiting filmmakers, international musicians and curious night wanderers. I keep the names of the venues off the itinerary so each doorway still holds a little surprise.
This is not a pub crawl. It is an appreciation of atmosphere, cocktail craft and conversation, limited to six guests and hosted personally by me. Rooftop or open-terrace variations are arranged in season and only when the weather makes them a pleasure.
